Prayer for Those Who Are Hurting

Father God I thank you Lord that you are good. I thank you Lord that even in our darkest times you are there. I thank you Lord that your love is everlasting, unfailing, and full of grace and mercy. I pray Lord today that all of those that are hurting, all who are struggling, all who are confused, sad and unsure of what to do will call on your name. Lord I pray that they will understand that despite their circumstance, despite their situation, despite the choices they have made that you are still God. Your promises are still true. I pray that they know that you are the restorer of our souls. There is nothing bigger than you, there is nobody who is out of your reach. That while they may feel far away from you, you are not far away from them. That if they just look to you, trust in you, surrender to you, they will find welcoming arms full of love. That in you they will find peace and rest. Thank you Lord for your faithfulness. Thank you Lord that you are sovereign over every situation. Thank you Lord that you love us enough to pick us up and strengthen us. In Jesus name, Amen.
